Course Overview
This short course is designed to inspire confidence in your ability to use business software applications such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and emails for work-related tasks. You will be provided with extensive time to practice using computers, and understand how files are created, saved and presented to stakeholders.

On successful completion of assessment requirements, the learner will be issued with a Statement of Attainment (SOA) for BSBTEC201 Use business software applications.
This course is designed to assist student improve and increase digital literacy skills and knowledge for pathways into further education and or to improve skills for work.
Entry Requirements/Pre-requisites
- Must complete an Upfront Assessment of Needs (UAN)
- All learners must provide their USI upon enrolment.
- All participants of the course must provide 100 points of identification with at least 1 for of photo identification.
