On successful completion of assessment requirements, the learner will be issued with a Statement of Attainment (SOA) for BSBCMM211 Apply communication skills, BSBOPS203 Deliver a service to customers & BSBTEC101 Operate digital devices
This program has been designed specifically for entry level skills in call centre operations, dealing with customers through incoming and outgoing calls and managing digital technology and customer call load.
Entry Requirements/Pre-requisites
- Must complete an Upfront Assessment of Needs (UAN)
- All learners must provide their USI upon enrolment.
- All participants of the course must provide 100 points of identification with at least 1 for of photo identification.
