Effective communication is key in any workplace. This short course provides you with basic oral communication skills such as how to ask questions, listen to responses, and respond to others. You will elevate your methods of interacting with others and engage colleagues to develop workplace relationships.

Accreditation and Employment Pathways

On successful completion of all assessment requirements, the student will be issued with a Statement of Attainment (SOA) for FSKOCM004 Use oral communication skills to participate in workplace meetings & FSKOCM007 Interact effectively with others at work.

This accreditation is designed to assist student to improve oral communication skills and knowledge level prior to the commencement of further education and or for improved employment requirements. 
 
Entry Requirements/Pre-requisites
 
  • Must complete an Upfront Assessment of Needs (UAN)
  • All learners must provide their USI upon enrolment.
  • All participants of the course must provide 100 points of identification with at least 1 for of photo identification.
