Course Overview
The Workplace Foundations Skill Set provides you with the skills all employers expect you to have and are transferrable to just about any workplace or training course.
 
Course Content
This workplace foundations skillset provides you with skills in the following areas: self-preparation for work, workrelated learning strategies, work health and safety, and oral communication in the workplace. These fundamental work skills will provide you with the confidence to approach employers and enter the workforce.

$700.00 per participant.
 
Pathways
Successful completion of this program the student will receive a statement of attainment for BSBSS00125 – Workplace Foundations Skill Set.
 
Participants who have completed this course could enrol in BSB20120 – Certificate II in Workplace Skills or Certificate III level qualification within the Business Package  https://training.gov.au/Training/Details/BSB
 
Delivery
4 day per week, 9:00am – 4:00pm for 3 weeks (12 days) 
Theory learning combined with onsite practical assessment components in a simulated workplace environment

Units of Competencies
BSBPEF2101 Plan and prepare for work readiness
BSBWHS211 Contribute to the health and safety of self and others
FSKLRG011 Use routine strategies for work-related learning
FSKOCM006 Use oral communication skills to participate in workplace teams
 
Entry Requirements/Pre-requisites
Must complete an Upfront Assessment of Needs (UAN)
All learners must provide their USI upon enrolment.
All participants of the course must provide 100 points of identification with at least 1 for of photo identification
